01Services Covered by These Terms
SEOServicesPak provides digital services for businesses seeking better search visibility, stronger website performance and effective online customer acquisition. Depending on your quotation and project agreement, services may include:
- SEO: on-page, technical, keyword research, content optimization, internal linking, audits and strategy.
- Local SEO: business profile optimization, local landing pages and location-based targeting.
- Technical SEO: indexability and crawlability reviews, metadata, structured data and issue resolution.
- SEO content: search-intent articles, landing pages, FAQs and metadata for search and AI-assisted discovery.
- Web development: design, responsive layouts, agreed functionality, integrations and improvements.
- Support and maintenance: updates, troubleshooting and performance work included in the agreed scope.
Not every service is in every package. Your quotation or written agreement sets the exact deliverables, pricing, duration and responsibilities.
Before paying, confirm what is included, what is excluded and what you will receive. If a sales conversation differs from your written proposal, ask us to clarify in writing before work begins.
02SEO Results, Rankings and Traffic
SEO can improve discoverability, but results depend on competition, existing site quality, content relevance, technical health, search engine changes and implementation time. SEOServicesPak does not guarantee:
- A specific Google ranking or first-page position.
- A fixed number of visitors, leads, enquiries or sales.
- A particular date for ranking improvements.
- Indexing of every submitted page.
- Specific results from AI-generated answers, AI search or third-party platforms.
We do not control search algorithms, competitors, indexing decisions or platform policies. We carry out the agreed services with reasonable professional care and can assess performance with tools such as Google Search Console, analytics, ranking data and technical audits, measured against agreed objectives.
03Scope of Work and Deliverables
Each project should have a defined scope before work begins. The written proposal may specify:
- Pages, URLs or sections covered, and the SEO or development tasks included.
- Number of articles or landing pages, agreed features and integrations.
- Milestones, estimated dates, reporting and communication frequency.
- Included revisions, support, exclusions, fees, payment dates and extra costs.
Work outside the agreed scope is not automatically part of the original fee. For extra pages, new features, substantial redesigns or additional content, we explain the cost or time impact, and additional paid work needs your approval before it proceeds.
04Project Start Dates and Timelines
A start date should be agreed in writing. Work may begin once the initial payment is received and the information, content, approvals and access needed are available. Timelines depend on project size and complexity, the condition of the existing site, third-party dependencies and the speed of your feedback, so delays in access, content or approvals may affect delivery. If the timeline must change, we aim to explain why. Unless a fixed deadline is agreed in writing, estimated dates are planning estimates, without removing any rights under mandatory law or your written agreement.
05Payment Terms
Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, our standard schedule is:
- Initial payment, 50%: paid upfront, with work scheduled to commence after payment and receipt of the necessary information or access.
- Second payment, 50%: payable after 15 days from the agreed project start date.
Confirm the fee, schedule, deliverables and any additional charges in writing before paying. Alternative arrangements can be agreed before the project begins. Pay invoices by the stated due date using an agreed method; if you believe an invoice has an error, contact us promptly. Applicable taxes or mandatory charges are communicated and handled according to law.
06Refund Policy and the Seven-Day Commitment
If you have paid for an SEO or web development project and work has not started within seven calendar days of the agreed project start date, you may request a full refund of the amount paid, without an agency deduction.
- The seven days begin on the mutually agreed start date, not the date of your enquiry or quotation.
- It applies when the agreed work has not commenced within that period.
- Request it in writing with your project and payment details; we review it and explain the refund process.
- Taxes or amounts that are legally non-refundable, non-recoverable or required to be withheld or remitted are handled according to applicable law.
Once work has started, other refund requests are assessed under the written agreement, the work completed, the applicable refund terms and relevant law. For partly completed services we review the circumstances and obligations first. Nothing here excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If unsure whether you qualify, contact us with your start date and payment details.
07Cancelling, Pausing or Ending a Project
Tell us in writing as soon as possible, naming the project, the requested effective date and any relevant circumstances. We then review work completed, deliverables supplied, outstanding approved costs, agreed notice periods and applicable refund terms and law. For ongoing SEO, confirm the notice period, final service date and recurring payments in your service agreement. An informal discussion is not a contract change unless confirmed. If we must suspend or end services for non-payment, unlawful activity, material misuse or another significant breach, we act under the agreement and law and, where appropriate, give notice and a chance to resolve it. Cancellation does not remove payment obligations already due, but disputed charges and refund entitlements are considered under the terms and law.
08Client Responsibilities and Website Access
Depending on the service, you may need to provide:
- Accurate business information and project objectives.
- Access to your website, hosting or CMS, and to Search Console or analytics.
- Brand assets, approved content, images and design references.
- Timely approvals and feedback, and accurate details of services, pricing and claims.
You confirm you are authorized to supply these materials. Share only the permissions needed, using individual accounts, role-based permissions and secure methods rather than sending primary passwords through contact forms. You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information and legal claims you approve for publication. Delayed access or information may adjust the schedule.
09Website Development, Revisions and Approvals
Development follows the design, functionality and deliverables in the written proposal, which should clarify pages included, design and functionality, mobile and desktop expectations, revisions and approvals, third-party integrations and licences, testing, deployment, handover and any maintenance. A revision adjusts an agreed deliverable within scope; a substantial change of direction, new feature or added requirement may be extra work, and we explain material extra cost before proceeding. Review supplied work and raise specific issues within the agreed review period, if one exists. Performance and compatibility can also depend on hosting, plugins, browsers and external APIs outside our direct control; we address issues within the agreed scope and responsibility.
10Ownership, Source Code and Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- Your materials: you keep rights in logos, text, images and assets you own and supply.
- Third-party materials: themes, plugins, stock images, fonts and software stay under their own licences.
- New deliverables: rights in custom designs, source code and content follow the written agreement and applicable law.
- Pre-existing tools: reusable code, frameworks, templates and methods remain subject to their own rights and licences.
- Handover: conditions for transferring files, source code, admin access or usage rights should be stated in the agreement.
Do not assume a licensed asset can be transferred without restrictions. Before commissioning, ask which files and rights are included in handover, whether ongoing licences are needed and what happens to third-party subscriptions afterward.
11SEO Content, Copyright and Publishing
Content may include website copy, articles, landing pages, metadata, FAQs and structured data, prepared to the approved brief, audience and search intent. Review business facts, service descriptions, pricing and technical claims before publication. Delivering content does not mean we publish it unless publication is in the scope. Rights to commissioned content follow the written agreement and applicable law, and third-party quotations, images, fonts and plugins remain subject to their own rights. We do not promise content will reach a particular ranking, appear in an AI-generated answer or stay indexed indefinitely.
12Third-Party Tools, Platforms and Services
Our work may involve search engines, analytics tools, hosting providers, CMSs, plugins and external APIs, each under its own terms and privacy policies. We cannot guarantee their availability, functionality, pricing or policies. Where a project depends on one, we identify material dependencies where appropriate, and paid subscriptions, licences or hosting fees should be stated in the agreement. You remain responsible for accounts you own unless we expressly manage them.
13Maintenance, Security and Backups
SEO and development do not automatically include unlimited maintenance, emergency support, hosting, backups or security monitoring; these apply only where stated in the agreed scope or a separate agreement. Keep suitable backups and recovery arrangements before significant changes. We take reasonable care with agreed technical work, but no website can be guaranteed completely secure or error-free. For ongoing updates, monitoring, malware remediation, performance optimization or emergency help, ask us for options and fees.
14Confidentiality and Client Information
We treat confidential business information responsibly and use it only as reasonably necessary to assess requirements, deliver services, communicate and manage the project. We do not sell client personal information or publish confidential project details for promotion without permission. Information may be shared with service providers when needed to deliver an agreed service, or disclosed when required or permitted by law. See also our Privacy Policy. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through general contact forms or unsecured channels.
15Service Availability and Communication
We aim to communicate professionally and respond within a reasonable period. Response times, reporting frequency, support hours and urgent-response arrangements vary by service and are specified in your agreement where relevant. Unless expressly agreed, a project fee does not include unlimited consultations, continuous availability or immediate resolution of every issue. If you need a particular response time, scheduled reporting or dedicated support, have it confirmed in writing before purchasing.
16Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SEOServicesPak is not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as independent search engine decisions, third-party platform changes, hosting failures or client-controlled website changes. We perform agreed services with reasonable professional care and remain responsible for obligations under the agreement and applicable law. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where the law prohibits it, including rights that cannot be waived. Any further liability provisions or limits must be agreed in writing and comply with law.
17Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Major outages, natural disasters, government restrictions, widespread infrastructure failures or significant third-party disruptions may affect delivery. If one materially affects the agreed work, we communicate the impact where reasonably possible and discuss next steps. This does not automatically cancel payment obligations, remove refund rights or override mandatory law.
18Disputes and Governing Law
If a disagreement arises about a project, invoice, deliverable, refund or obligation, contact us first with the details. We review the proposal and payment records and seek a practical resolution through direct communication. Our services are intended to operate under applicable laws; any governing-law, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution clause should be confirmed in the written agreement and comply with law. Nothing here prevents a party from exercising a legal right or remedy.
19Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when services, procedures or legal obligations change. The current version is published here with an updated date. Website term changes do not automatically override an existing written project agreement; where a change materially affects an ongoing engagement, your agreement and relevant law decide how it applies. Review the version relevant to your engagement and ask if anything is unclear.
