3Our Commitment to Data Security
Protecting our customers' personal information is one of our highest priorities.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
We treat client information and project details as confidential and do not sell, rent, or disclose personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
We do not share client information with unrelated third parties except where necessary to provide an agreed service, where you authorize the disclosure, or where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
Although we take data security seriously, no website, online transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security against every possible threat.
4Sharing Information With Service Providers
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
In limited circumstances, information may be processed by trusted service providers when necessary for our business operations, such as:
- Website hosting and website security providers.
- Business email and communication platforms.
- Payment processing providers, where applicable.
- Analytics or performance monitoring tools, if enabled.
- Technical tools necessary to deliver SEO or web development services.
Such providers may process relevant information under their own terms and privacy policies. We aim to limit disclosures to the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain functionality, improve performance, understand website traffic, and enhance the user experience.
Depending on the tools enabled on our website, these technologies may collect information about your browser, device, website visits, and interactions.

6SEO Services Policy and Ranking Expectations
SEOServicesPak.com provides SEO services based on the requirements, condition, and competitive environment of each client's website.
Before determining an appropriate SEO strategy, we may conduct a technical website audit and assess relevant factors, including:
- Website technical health and indexability.
- Existing content quality and on-page optimization.
- Industry and niche competition.
- Keyword difficulty and search intent.
- Website history, authority, and backlink profile.
- Competitor performance and search engine requirements.
SEO strategies, timelines, and expected outcomes are determined after reviewing the website's technical condition and niche-specific factors.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or a fixed timeframe for achieving results. Search engines use evolving algorithms, and performance may be affected by competition, website changes, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
We commit to delivering the agreed services professionally and transparently, rather than promising results that cannot be guaranteed.
7Web Development Services Policy
Our web development services are planned according to the client's requirements, agreed scope, functionality, design preferences, and project timeline.
Before development begins, we may review the project requirements, existing website, technical limitations, integrations, hosting environment, and other relevant details.
The project scope, deliverables, milestones, revisions, responsibilities, and payment arrangements should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional time, a revised timeline, or additional charges, subject to the client's approval.
Any specific functionality, integrations, or third-party services that depend on external providers may also be subject to their availability, limitations, and terms.
8Payment Policy for SEO and Web Development
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment arrangement for SEO and web development projects is as follows:
50% of the agreed project or service fee is payable upfront.
The remaining 50% is payable after 15 days from the project start date.
Project commencement: Work begins according to the agreed schedule after the initial payment and necessary project information or access have been received.
Any applicable government taxes, duties, or legally required charges will be communicated as applicable.
Alternative payment schedules may be agreed upon in writing before the project begins.
9Refund Policy and Work Commencement
We aim to ensure that clients receive clear communication and timely project commencement.
If a client has paid the agreed amount for SEO or web development services and the work has not started within seven calendar days of the agreed project start date, the client is eligible to request a full refund of the amount paid, without any agency deduction.
Any government taxes that are legally non-refundable, non-recoverable, or required to be withheld or remitted will be treated according to applicable law. Accordingly, the refund commitment does not override mandatory tax requirements.
To request a refund under this condition, the client should contact us in writing and provide the relevant project or payment details. We will review the request and communicate the refund process.
For clarity, the seven-day period begins on the mutually agreed project start date, rather than automatically on the date of an inquiry or quotation.
Once work has commenced, any other refund request will be assessed according to the written project agreement, work completed, applicable refund terms, and relevant law.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10Confidentiality of Client and Project Information
We understand that SEO and web development projects may require access to confidential business information, website analytics, search performance reports, technical systems, and website administration.
We use such information only to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver the agreed services, communicate with the client, and manage the project.
We do not intentionally publish confidential client information or disclose private project data for promotional purposes without permission, unless disclosure is legally required.
Clients should provide only the access permissions necessary for the work. Where possible, temporary or role-based access should be used instead of sharing primary account credentials.
11Data Retention and Deletion Requests
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, manage our business relationship, maintain relevant records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we hold about you.
We will review such requests and respond as appropriate, subject to legal requirements, legitimate recordkeeping needs, and any ongoing contractual obligations.
12Third-Party Websites and External Services
Our website or service communications may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or resources.
These external services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. SEOServicesPak.com does not control the privacy practices or security measures of independent third-party websites.
We recommend reviewing their policies before submitting personal information or using their services.
13Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses, professionals, and individuals seeking digital marketing or web development services. Our website is not specifically directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children unnecessarily.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action where required.
14Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy when our services, website functionality, data-handling practices, or legal obligations change.
Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The revised policy will apply from the date stated in the updated version, subject to applicable law.
We encourage visitors and clients to review this page periodically.
